Where is the Festival located?

Africa Nouveau will take  place at Ngong’ Racecourse Nairobi. 

What time is the event?

Gates open at 5pm on Friday and close at 8pm on Sunday. The first act gets on stage at 6pm on Friday. 

How much do tickets cost?

Weekend Pass KES 4500 (advance)

Can I order passes via phone?

No, all passes are ordered via the online ticketing agent.

Are single day passes available?

Day passes will be available only at the gate at 4000 KES. We strongly recommend that you buy the weekend Pass.

Can I share my festival pass?

No. It’s void once removed. It can only be used by one person.

What is the re-entry policy ?

The wrisband you will receive upon entry, will allow you re-entry into the festival. It is the only way to gain admission/readmission,Do not remove or tamper with it. Only remove the festival pass if you do not wish to gain readmission. If your tag is tampered with, you will not be readmitted into the festival grounds and you will not receive a refund.

Are pets allowed on the Africa Nouveau grounds.

NO… pets are not allowed on the AN grounds.

Can I buy food & drinks at the Festival?

Absolutely. A list of attending food vendors will be available as the festival approaches. Multiple bars throughout the festival offer all your favorite alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Is the Festival  family-friendly?

No. The Festival is not suitable for children. Adults only!

Can I bring my own food or drinks? 

You may not bring in food or drinks purchased offsite into the festival venue. There will be plenty of reasonably priced options of food and drinks for sale.

Can I bring my children?

Africa Nouveau is designed for an adult audience. Admission is for persons 18+

Can I Camp?

YES. A camping area with tents and utilities will be available. You may not set up your own tent. There is a limited number of tents. To secure your tent, you must pay the camping fees + your ticket before 25th February. So is this a Blankets & Wine Festival ?

No it is not. 8-10 March is Africa Nouveau, an alternative music & arts festival congregating creators, curators and fans from all over Africa & it’s diaspora, organised by the Blankets & Wine team.
