Where is the Festival located?

Africa Nouveau will take  place at Ngong’ Race Course Nairobi. 

What time is the event?

Gates open at 5pm on Friday and close at 11pm on Sunday. The first act gets on stage at 7pm on Friday, at 12 noon Saturday and 12 noon on Sunday.

How much do tickets cost?

Daily Pass KES 1800

Weekend Pass KES 3500

No, all passes are ordered via the online ticketing agent

Are single day passes available?


Can I share my festival pass?

No. It’s void once removed. It can only be used by one person.

Is there a Re-entry policy?

Yes, but it only applies to weekend pass holders. Fear not daily passes will be available at the gate all through the festival.

Q: Are pets allowed on the Africa Nouveau grounds.

A: NO… pets are not allowed on the AN grounds.

Can i buy food & drinks at the Festival?

Absolutely. A list of attending food vendors will be available as the festival approaches. Multiple bars throughout the festival offer all your favorite alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Is the Festival  family-friendly?

A. No. The Festival is not suitable for children. Adults only!

Q : Can I bring my own food or drinks? 

A : You may not bring in food or drinks purchased offsite into the festival venue. There will be plenty of reasonably priced options of food and drinks for sale.

Q : Can I bring my children?

A: Africa Nouveau is designed for an adult audience. We strongly discourage you from bringing your children.

Q : Can I Camp?

A : No You can not.

A : It means that the music programming on Sunday is courtesy of B&W and reflects B&Ws taste

Q : Will there be another Blankets after Africa Nouveau?

A: There will be no other B&W in Q1. The next Blankets will be in June

A : No it is not. 2nd – 4th Feb is Africa Nouveau with a takeover on Sunday by B&W
